Additionally, banks are encouraged to identify and track the PPP loans made to small business borrowers that have annual revenues of $1 million or less and are located in low- to moderate-income areas.

Paycheck Protection Program Information

Treasury released the interim final rule for the PPP on April 2. The lender fact sheet, borrower fact sheet, borrower application, and lender electronic data form can all be found on the Treasury CARES website.

SBA E-Tran new users can use this link for information about how to create an account, update their profile and set up roles. These security protocols will allow new users to receive a user ID and password.

Banks that are not currently SBA lenders, can use this lender agreement form to become an approved PPP lender.
