Earlier this fall, a record number of students graduated from the 2019 Management Development Program.
This year’s class, featuring 30 bankers from throughout Washington, completed the program in August after four months of learning about various management related areas.
Designed to prepare bank managers for new levels of responsibility, the program focuses on today’s banking environment, emotionally intelligent learning, communication, retaining and developing stars, conflict negotiation, and employee engagement.
