To help deal with the impact of COVID-19, the Bankers Alliance family has come together to make sure that services continue uninterrupted. Our hotline is still on, and we have put together a Pandemic Toolkit. 

Business continuity planning during pandemics must include compliance considerations at every level and in every department of the bank—the current COVID-19 crisis is no different. Compliance Alliance developed these tools for all banks across the United States for challenging weeks ahead.

Included is a Pandemic Policy, Sample Customer Letter, Sample Lobby Closing Notice, and our COVID-19 help sheet. It is free for all bankers to use. Click here to download it.
